When you write, please confirm whether the build is for a single vehicle or a whole fleet. A clear subject line with the unit name and vehicle type lets us route your request straight to the right coordination line on the first pass.

How long does a full upfit take?
Most single vehicle kennel and cooling builds take between one and two bay weeks. A full coordination sweep that also retimes other workshop jobs can run longer. Once we assess your vehicle we confirm a real calendar date instead of an estimate.
Do we need to send the actual dog?
No. We measure the vehicle and build to the breed weight, chest depth and gate behaviour you describe through the order form. For kennel inserts we work from the dog measurements you provide, and we can adjust the panel at handover if growth or a handler request changes the fit.
Can we buy only a single spare part?
Yes. Our kit lines are listed per item so a spare latch, a cooling filter or an extra lead can ship alone. Use the order address or the build request area and name the part, and the bay will confirm stock and a delivery slot.
